In response to delivery delays
Due to the Covid-19, delivery delays may occur across the country. We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience that have resulted.
In light of COVID-19 and for the safety of our customers and employees, the delivery company made necessary changes to our receiving processes and inventory operations that have resulted in delivery delays problems. They’re doing everything in their power to avoid these shortages, and I want to personally apologize for this inconvenience. Please allow some extra time for your order to arrive as we have been advised by our shipping partners.
For normal situation, you will receive your order within 1 – 3 business days (West Malaysia) or 7 – 14 business days (East Malaysia) after fulfilment.
In response to delivery oders
All packaging will be sanitized before sending out for deliveries as a precaution for Covid-19. We do also strongly recommend you to sanitize your parcel upon receival.
